Welcome to Riley and Isaac's Blog

Our blog is about animals from all over the world.

Here are the first two creatures we are going to discuss:
Riley:
Anaconda

Anacondas are long (about 17 feet when mature) and weigh around
215 pounds!  They have long curved fangs to keep their prey from
getting away.  They are part of the Boa Constrictor Family and live in the
Amazon Jungle in South America.

Isaac:

Today I learned that baby elephants can weigh up to
260 pounds!
Elephants are part of the Pachyderm Family.
(Pachyderm means a mammal with thick skin.
Other pachyderms are rhinoceroses and hippopatomuses.
